About the club
Saturday sunrise trail runs on Table Mountain, Lion’s Head and the Constantia greenbelts. Routes are 12–22km with serious vertical, so this is not a first running club — come with a solid 10km road base. We carry water and a phone, always, and nobody runs alone.
