About the club
Early vinyasa on a rooftop deck in Rosebank, before the day starts. Mats provided, bring your own if you would rather. Every session is levelled so a first-timer and a teacher-in-training can share the same class and both leave having worked. We move indoors to the studio below when the highveld storms come in.
